激酶发光检测

简介：
激酶在细胞的生命过程中起着至关重要的作用,其功能异常会导致包括肿瘤在内的许多重大疾病的发生，激酶活性的测定对许多研究显得尤为重要。在激酶反应中，激酶将底物磷酸化，同时消耗ATP，通过检测残留ATP即可反应出激酶活性。使用同样的原理，通过检测残留ATP，也可用于检测cAMP、磷酸二酯酶（PDEs）。
